SEBI has introduced a new Online Dispute Resolution Portal (ODR Portal) for handling grievances.
The new portal provides a single place for all the disputes arising in Indian securities market. It provides tool for online conciliation and arbitration for resolving disputes. It allows parties to participate in the resolution process through online/audio-video technologies.
Complaints already lodged on SCORES portal can be escalated directly from there.
